where you might find me digging for ideas today:
- in the garage studio, going through old art journals and inspiration books
- in my piles of books on yoga and Buddhism (always pages of underlined material waiting for me)
- on the couch, knitting & thinking about said books
- in the kitchen, as I cook and clean for the day
- on the mat, during yoga. sometimes cool things just pop into my consciousness in my practice, as if they have been unearthed, or wash up, by all the opening asanas
- building legos: there is quiet a lot of zen to be found in building something with legos
- watching my daughter paint: i love her use of color
- in a podcast: today it's notes from the voodoo lounge, and jamie ridler studios
- on a walk up to the bluff to see the ocean
- in a cup of chai: because let's face it, the whole world is to be found in a good cup of tea!
where are you looking today?

This is very inspiring! Also love your post at the Wishstudio, about navigating through creative time and space!

Hi Emily.
Great places to dig for ideas. So nice to live near the sea. I love to build with legos myself. My son and daughter always inspire me with there paintings. It is the best isn't it? I am going to check out the podcasts. Thanks for sharing. Oh, and I haven't played with the ink too much yet but I will let you know.
